Thank you for helping us organise this tour for making our trip so amazing, and thanks to everyone involved!

The Moroccan is making a combined attempt to educate people concerning the surroundings. There's plenty of trash in Morocco and it's a slow process supporting visitors to become more environmentally aware also to alter habits. Plastic bags were banned a year ago and that has made a major change. When we venture to really remote shores off the beaten track we bring bags to collect trash along the way.

Celebrated visitors on the years were Jimi Hendrix, Winston Churchill and Orson Welles. Labelled by some as the Moroccan Woodstock, it has a mixture of Gnaoua, Jazz, Reggae and Rock music. So Essaouira will be on my itinerary for another Morrocco trip.

Visit to the Port and its particular ramparts of Essaouira, the old Medina and?Scala?. In the Port you may eat fresh fish in a local Essaouira restaurant. You'll have the chance of earning a camel trekking ride on the beach (not included).

Grace Marrakech opens its doors to whoever seeks a genuine Moroccan experience. Our guests will love seeing the sun rise from behind the snowcapped Atlas Mountains or witness it set in the desert dunes beyond. It's the right hideaway for couples, the ideal holiday for families, a place for groups of friends and a state-of-the-art space for corporate meetings, special occasions and celebrations.

The guide organised for the walking was Marrakech, who as your guide indicated wasn't too talkative, suited us perfectly. We then plan ahead for the 2nd day and could decide where to go to the 1st day. An excellent induction to the foothills of the Atlas mountains. My husband is thinking of returning in another year to perhaps scale Mt Toubkal. The picnic lunch was superb with lovely mint tea supplied. We did not desire 1/3 of the food provided.

This road deteriorates some miles outside Kaolack and begins well. Survey crews will work along it in advance of a new road being constructed, in the minute. We also discovered in Kaolack the challenging Tambacounda to Kaolack road is also being rebuilt.

눉This time it was the dearth of interest of the staff about the guests. When you eat the breakfast in this astonishing small >palacelove it. When they let a guest include a towel around his waste to eat breakfast, the ambiance ( at least for us) is absolutely spoiled. And if you have bunch of families with screaming children around - the same thing. The high-end peaceful paradise, which you pay a great deal of money for, is gone, Only another resort that was standard. I'm not convinced we shall see anymore.

It really is one of the earliest Moroccan cities, previously named Mogador. The old Medina of Essaouira is listed by UNESCO get more info as a world heritage site, It's known for its Gnaoua music festival each year a Day excursion to Essaouira makes the visitor think about staying more in this medieval town that was friendly, relaxing.

The tour would add a visit to Ait benhaddou, the rock formations at Todra and Dades Gorge and a unique Ksar see en-route to Merzouga. The Dades valley is stunning location of fortified palaces rock formations and also a magnificent valley of fruit, wheat and silver birch trees. Known as The valley of a thousand kasbahs”. The Skoura palmearie nestles close to the Atlas mountains. A massive part of palm groves harbours narrow courses and crumbling Kasbahs. Naturally the highlight is a camel trek to the Sahara staying in a desert camp. The price for the tour is £650/8000DH/ based on two people travelling, staying in ensuite accommodation in good hotels, including meals(desert night is contained). The hotels have exceptional food. The tour car would be a Toyota 4×4.

Guide - Marrakech.. In the army... so I hope this description locates him back!)We LOVED Marrakech !!! He understood just how to motivate on us to our limits, but not over strain us while hiking the demanding terrain. We loved learning about the mountain way of day and were totally taken back when he discussed some of his personal family stories with us and humbled.

The rest of the excursion Chez Momo was lovely and great food, but we did not really want to only hang around by the pool after the previous days' trekking. Thus we called Mohamad and arranged the trip up. It was nice that we managed to do that and pay later. I believe Chez Momo's not on your typical itineraries. If it is, a couple suggestions about things to do in the location may have helped - even just to see inside and anyplace how to walk down to the hamlet.

My buddy and that I had the good fortune to work with Marrakech on a 2 week trip through Morocco. I am unable to say enough to commend Marrakech! His knowledge of the state is great! He is polite and kind...his English is fantastic so that was so useful in communication. For women traveling, I believed Marrakech was that security blanket that's so good to travel in regions so not the same as the U.S. I hope to make use of them on a future excursion to Morocco and would highly recommend Marrakech and his company .
